Speaking exclusively to your soar away investigative website:, he said, they’ll not embark on a major restructuring of the playing personnel.

The soft-spoken soccer guru, who is taking the Highlanders to the summit of the NPFL for a record two times within a spate of three seasons, further revealed that he’s scheduled for a meeting with both their Technical Adviser (Abdul Maikaba) and Technical Director (Ahmed Ibrahim) on the way forward.

He further revealed that top on their agenda is the retaining of the core of the players who executed their historic berth atop of the NPFL and the fresh legs. The former club secretary turned GM was emphatic that they know their targets for recruitment in order to fortify the team ahead of the CAF Champions League and the 2020/2021 NPFL season.

It may be recalled that the Peace Boys as the Plateau United Football Club are fondly called by their admirers are the runaway winners of the NPFL with four clear points ahead of second-placed Rivers United Football Club Of Port-Harcourt. Further recall that the Jos based Club whose brand of soccer is tagged Afro-Samba, because of their fluidity was pronounced winners by virtue of both WPPG and PPG Rules.
