The senator representing Niger East Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Senator Mohammed Sani Musa whose joy knows no boundary after the release of Kagara Schoolboys by their abductors on Sunday has hailed the executive governor of Niger State, Gov. Abubakar Sani Bello for his unwavering push for their release.

Sen. Musa who posted on his official Facebook handle on Sunday after the release of the Kagara schoolboys also called for adequate security for the school children, the people of Niger East and the entire country to forestall future occurrence. However, he sympathized with the victims over the sad experience they had to suffer while in captivity.

According to Musa, “I congratulate Governor Abubakar Sani Bello and Nigerians over the rescue of the abducted Kagara schoolboys. I congratulate the Nigerian Army and the families of the victims who must feel a great sense of relief after being reunited with their loved ones.”

”Governor Sani Bello has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to freeing all those abducted, we must now avoid any repeat of such ugly incident and improve the security in Niger State, especially in Niger East,” he said.

Meanwhile, he urged the governor to help the victims and reintegration them into society.

It will be recalled that the soft-spoken Senator of the 9th Senate had earlier condemned the abduction of the schoolboys, teachers and their family by gunmen and other series of attacks on his constituents and Nigerians as a whole in the past.
