Tama Aondofar stepping into Aper Aku Stadium

Indicationsns are rife that there is going to be a complete change of guard in the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) side, Lobi Stars, as the new Vice-Chairman of the club, Emmanuel Tama Aondofar has insisted that things in the club must be done in the right way as obtainable in other climes where football is run.

The soft spoken Vice-Chairman of Lobi Stars who took over the mantle of leadership of the club on Friday led his team to a 4-1 defeat to their visitors;Rivers United at Aper Aku Stadium, Makurdi on Sunday.

A sources closed to the former Mighty Jet, and BBC Lion of Gboko’s Star said Aondofar is out to get result with the club as such would not want to keep anybody who is not proactive in thinking.

However, Core Reporters learnt that the immediate past leadership of the club led by Mike Idoko had duplicated a lot of positions, in the bclub a situation most of the Staffer were seen as clog in the wheel of the club’s progress through out the five years he held sway in the club. 

It was also discoverd that Aondofar has been in the business of football for quite some time now, therefore his experience and romance with football coaches and administrators across the globe will be an added advantage to the club.

Recalled that, Aondofar was appointed the club vice-chairman on Friday, nine days after his predecessor was fired.

Meanwhile, Aondofar has directed that journalists should interview only the main actors; the players and the coaches whenever they feel like doing so, adding that the job of the club vice-chairman is not to be heard but rather to make things work for the club as obtainable everywhere in the world.
